Spending a little time on Sunday resetting your home for the week ahead, is never wasted time.


Try my 5 proven tips to bring ease to your weekly routine.


  1. Meal prep/meal planning

    This is a game changer! Spend some time preparaing snacks for the kids or healthy breakfasts for on the go.

  2. Grocery check

    Write a list of food items you are running low on & book an online delivery slot.

  3. Tidy key spaces & high traffic areas

    Turn your focus to the living room, kitchen & hallway. Clear surfaces & return items to their rightful place Have coats, bags & p.e kits packed, ready & waiting in the hallway to grab & go.

  4. Prepare clothes

    Create outfits & hang onto hangers in your wardrobe or a hanging rail, this cuts your precious time trying to find someting to wear.

  5. Laundry

    Wash, fold & put away laundry. Remember to declutter as you go, if you see an item of clothing you no longer like, no longer fits or that you just don't reach for...let it go.
